All orders are dispatched within 24hrs Mon - Friday. Any orders received over the weekend or on a bank holiday will ship the next working day. If an item is not immediately available we will notify you and if delayed by more than seven days we would give you the option to change or refund the order. Your email address and daytime telephone number are required when placing an order so we can contact you should this be the case.

Buzz Pinky use Royal Mail Airmail and aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, delivery should be within 7-12 working days.
Royal Mail state Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For™ are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date (20 working days for Europe).
If After 15 days (20 for Europe / 25 for ROW) your order has not arrived, please let us know promptly so that we can make a claim against Royal Mail. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
FREE SHIPPING ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED
If an item ordered under "Free Shipping" is later returned by Royal Mail because the item wasn’t picked up by the recipient, or because Royal Mail couldn't deliver the parcel, the original shipping amount will be charged for re-delivery.
If you order through BuzzPinky you can be assured of 1st class quality care. Any unused, unopened product may be returned for a full refund less our original postage fee, within 60 days from original purchase date. Providing the item is in 'as new' condition. We'll help guide you through the process. Please make sure you have submitted a return request and received a return authorization.
When returning an item please do so with the original protective packaging, this will ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. Please include the original invoice if you can, with a quick note to confirm the reason for the return.
Due to health and hygiene issues, we'll be unable to refund any item that has been opened unless you are returning the item due to a fault. If we receive a return that has been opened but reported unopened, then unfortunately the returns request will not be processed. The buyer would then be responsible for collection of their item. Please note, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on order returns over £100.00 that consists of 3 items or more. This is due to the time it takes for our team to process these orders. This fee is 7.5% of the total net product value of the order and will be deducted from total refund due, in addition to our original shipping fee.
We will be happy to authorize a return for an exchange on any unopened product. Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including the cost to ship an exchange.
SHIPPING ERRORS AND FAULTY ITEMS
Should we make an error and send you something that you did not order, you of course may return the item. We will rectify the error in a timely manner and reimburse you for any shipping expense you might have incurred. Please contact us to discuss the details prior to returning any item.
If you identify a fault with your item within the first 60 days of purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number. We will then help you trouble shoot the issue. If the fault cannot be fixed, we will guide you through the returns process. BPY Healthcare Ltd will cover all postage fees associated with replacement of a faulty item purchased through www.buzzpinky.com.
If a product ordered is out of stock at the time of shipping, we will automatically back order it and ship at no additional shipping cost when it becomes available. You will not be charged for any back ordered item until it actually ships. We will contact you straight away by email, should we experience any problems with your order.
Any order cancelled by the customer prior to processing will be deleted from our system without any charge. Should an order be cancelled by the customer after it has been processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the parcel at their expense or refusing delivery. BuzzPinky reserve the right to reclaim any initial postage charges incurred. Orders are refunded within 30 days

All returned items must be sent at the customer’s expense. If we have authorized a return, please ship the item back to us within 30 days of having received the authorization.
Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or email confirmation. Provide a brief description of the reason for return on the invoice and be sure that a daytime phone number is included so we can contact you if necessary.
