House of Otium High Grade Himalayan salt sourced and processed naturally. Himalayan Salt helps relax tired, stiff and aching muscles, soothes the nervous system and detoxifies the body – feel your stress just float away. Instructions for use: Dissolve salt in a hot bath of approx. 36-40°C. Relax and soak for around 15-20 minutes. For muscle relaxation: Use 500g-1Kg of salt per regular sized bath.
